Shipping Restrictions:
Priority delivery, Next Day delivery and shipments outside the contiguous USA are not available on items with governmental shipping restrictions.

Oversize Item Delivery:
Some especially large or heavy items require additional shipping expense. This cost is shown in the item's order window and is equal to $15 per item within the contiguous USA, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Street addresses only - no PO boxes.

Koala Top Drawer Service:
All Koala Studios ship via our Top Drawer Delivery service at a flat fee (no matter how many Studios in the order) of $295 per order (additional fees apply in Alaska and Hawaii. Please contact us for shipping estimates outside the contiguous 48 states)*. The shipping charge covers ALL ITEMS within the order that includes the qualifying Studio, i.e. any non-Koala items purchased along with a Top-Drawer-qualifying product are shipped for no additional freight charges. Because Koala Studios are custom-built, please allow up to 12 weeks for delivery. Priority and Next Day delivery are not available for Koala Studios. Delivery is via normal delivery routes and modes of transportation within the contiguous 48 states and to AK and HI with the additional shipping surcharge mentioned above. Street addresses only - no PO boxes.For delivery to Puerto Rico, please call our customer service department for shipping options at: 877.496.8060. We are sorry, delivery outside of the U.S. is not available for Koala products.

International

All packages are shipped via US Postal Service, Air Mail. The standard shipping rate plus $15 will be charged. You will NOT see the shipping rates as you are checking out on our site. The rate is determined when the package ships. Some countries have a size restriction, please be aware of your countries limitations before ordering. Customer is responsible for all applicable government taxes, duties, custom fees and/or broker fees. We're sorry, Koala products cannot ship outside of the U.S.A.

Back ordered items will be canceled unless delivery is expected in a day or two. We may hold your order, pending delivery of back ordered items, in an attempt to ship as much merchandise as possible.

Items with SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS will be canceled from your order. This also applies to any electrical items such as irons. Please click here for more international shipping information.

Expedited Delivery:

Priority: 3 -5 days

Next Day: 1 day
Next Day delivery rates add $30.00 to the Standard Delivery rates shown above and apply to each Ship To delivery within the contiguous USA. Orders must be received by 12:00 pm CST to ship the same day. If received after 12:00 pm CST, the order will likely ship the following day. Weekend delivery is not available. Contiguous USA only to a street address, no PO Boxes. No Koala or Oversize Item Delivery products. No products with shipping restrictions.
