• Monofil #40 A heavy transparent quilting, sewing and serging thread. Ideal for fine to medium weight fabrics. Exceptionaly high tensil strength.Can also be used as bobbin thread. Available on 550 yd/500 m and 1100 yd/1000 m spools.
• Monofil #60 A fine transparent sewing thread for machine quilting, bobbin work, or to attach trims, pearls, ribbons, etc. Can also be used for invisible seaming. Available on 220 yd/200 m and 1100 yd/1000 m spools.

Madeira’s more traditional spool shape eliminates the “drop off” and tangling problems associated with the elongated spools many other manufacturers use. And, all Madeira spools come with double locking end caps to keep thread neat and tidy.
